Really, my style is more boho relaxed. Its school - I want to look great, but I don't want to be uncomfortable. And I guess people notice that and I get a lot of compliments.

If you want to dress like that - do. I wouldn't do it just to prove something to other people. I'd change your wardrobe to prove something to yourself.

Standing out in HS is really a good way to go. It is as easy as shopping in different stores and not conforming to them. Try out lots of different styles, and find one that you like the best. Then, rock it.

What i Can say is Be Flashy!! Where bejeweled/Bedazzled clothing! Not too Distracting though but just enough that it makes your outfit pop! Walk around with the iphone (if you have one) And if someone comes up to you with the blackberry say "oh you have a blackberry..so last year and your outfit is so college we are in high school lighten up" I Love your ideas of what you may wear.. Wear Bright Colors though break through the basic colors
