Answer #3:
I would never, ever pay so much for a handbag. There are so many more important things to spend money on, and it irritates me a little bit when people pay over a hundred dollars on something related to beauty when there is still world hunger. I say that 25$ or less is a good price. I'm perfectly fine with buying from Target :-)
Answer #4:
Ive spent 200 on a bag about 3 times and i didnt regret it i think more than 200 is too much
Answer #5:
i dont think i'd spend more than 100 bucks. 200 if i was making good money
Answer #6:
I've bought two expensive purses in my life, both from coach, one for 170$ and the other for 400$ - both with my own money. I don't regret either purchase at all, I love both bags so much! Plus, the 400$ was the last one in the store, and its a discontinued bag, so I'm really glad I bought it! And it goes with EVERYTHING. The 170$ one is really cute, and the most adorable shade of blue.
I know spending 570$ on handbags seems like a waste, but I seriously am happy with my purchases, because they've both lasted me years, and I haven't needed to buy another expensive bag. And I feel like all the people that believe buying a handbag for a lot of money is wrong, they don't get it. It may be materialistic, but I'm not going to lie about who I am. I like luxe handbags, and I'm proud of myself for being able to pay for it.

Answer #7:
I don't think there is a specific set amount that is too much on a bag. I think it really depends on how much you can afford without going into debt. If you are able to save and pay your bills, then i think its perfectly fine to purchase a handbag. If your having financial difficulties, spending couple hundred dollars on a bag does not seem too bright. I have friends buying Chanel handbags for $3000 and some are just happy to buy Coach Handbags from the outlet for around $200. I think it just depends on your income and what you are able to afford. I do believe in rewarding yourself, so if your financially stable, GO FOR IT!
Answer #8:
it is easy to define which is too much: if you spend 20%-30% of your monthly income on this item, i think it is too much; paying $ 300 or more on a classic handbag, which could be used for 5-10years or more, it is also like something of investment; it is clever investment
Answer #9:
yes, i never spent more than $100-$200 on a bag
